I have a 2nd home on Bethel Island and I have a houseboat. My neighbor informs me that live-a-boards are not allowed in the Delta anymore. Why, and how did this come about? I don't use mine as a live-a-board, but if one of my kids comes up for a week or so; that will be there home. The grand kids will love it. Thanks, Bob
