Overheating Engine

I have inline-6 292's in my boat. I have an ever-present over-heating problem with one engine. It is tied to an alpha-1 counter-rotating drive. THe engine runs a little warm at idle and up to about 1500 RPM's. At 3200RPM's, which is where I cruise it, the engine temp will go to 190 and up. THe other engine runs at 165. I have checked the thermostat, pulled the outdrive and replaced the water hose, changed the impeller and made sure everything fit back together just right, and even checked water flow at idle. Everything seems fine. I have a new manifold and riser on the engine also.

The only other problem I can imagine would be the circulating pump on the engine. If the impeller on the pump is messed up, will that cause the high engine temps in this engine? I plan to pull it off on Monday to see how it looks.

Is there anything else I should look at while I am doing this? I am just about to the end of my wits on this.
