I'm looking to paint the exterior "decolam" on my 1977 Mariner 3396 and am seeking suggestions as to prepping and painting.

The decolam is used in the panels in the entry doors and in the body of the hatch above it. I'm looking for the paint to "fit in" with the surrounding teak, which I've refinished in Epifanes high gloss. I'm thinking of some kind of reddish brown, but my only real goal is to not look tacky.

They've also used the same decolam in the triangular section on the inside of the hull on either side of the windows next to the door. I'm thinking of painting that to match the off-white of the boat though, just because I think it would be less conspicuous (and that's the color on my 1977 Santa Cruz where it's just the inside of the hull itself you see). Any suggestions on how/where to find suitable paint to match?
