I have black anodized aluminum window frames that are beginning to bubble up and peel the paint off. Under the black is appearing a powder looking substance.
Short of hiring a professional, what is the best amateur method of refinishing them where they won't look like I did it...like everything else that I do looks...if you know what I mean.
