Partner in Intermarine murdered...

This will sound harch but I did not have the best dealings with them and know I was not the only one. It leaves me to wonder if this was a robbery or that they pissed off one to many or just the wrong customer.
However I do not wish this on anyone and feel for his family. I know what they are going through, I lost my wife of 31 5 years ago.

My bad dealings with Intermarine were with Luc only....Marc seemed (at least to me) to be the nice guy in the family.

Robbery...one already in custody....gang member...
 
The only RO I know with his boat there is Bajanbum.
I bet he knows more about this.
I have been there a few times to look at boats and I was about to get my boat there but at that time I found a place inside across the street at Thunderboat and I went there.
I have to say the sales people at Intermarine were very nice.
 
I moved my boat to Blackpoint just before Columbus Day last year, so this is news to me as well. It is sad news though, whether or not you had bad experiences with the brothers. I know them both, although I knew Marc better. He was in Ft Lauderdale more often than Luc. Luc was mostly in the Jupiter dealership. My experiences with Marc were good. He was very hands-on and pleasant when dealing with. My bad experiences were with the service guys. My sincere condolences go out to Marc's surviving family.
 
Today is April 15th and I just found out about the passing of Marc today as I have been away for the past year out west (California).

Marc and Intermarine was a client of mine for about 7 years, I produced tide charts that he advertised on. I can honestly say that although I saw him once every 6 months or so, he was always very nice and polite even though I was there to pick up payment for his advertisement.

He was always hands on, there were times when he would come in sweaty from being out on the dock, or helping out in the shop, very rarely was he sitting in the office.

Although I did not know him well, he seemed to be friendly with customers while I was there, I ran a business for 7 years, I read on these posts about mixed feeling about him and his brother, whom I never had dealings with so I have no opinion. But running a business can be quite stressful, and thats probably the best way to describe him when I entered his office. However, once again, he always treated me with a smile and respect.

He was a client for 7 years, I am very sorry he was mudered by some of the scum we call our residents.

I will always remember Marc as a kind and hard working man. Best to his family and children.
