Pasadena Area: Power cord thefts

I was just informed by Tom at Pasadena Yacht Yard that DNR (or perhaps NRP) dropped by to inform him there have been a rash of boat power cord thefts in the Pasadena area. The suspect is an Asian male in his mid 20's who is described as "short". The vehicle being used is a black Mitsubishi with no wheel covers.

Easy targets. Really, during the dead of winter I am surprised it does not happen more often at more places. Even "secure" marinas. Probably very few folks visiting their boats much this year. Makes it even easier.
