Password reset seems to be broken

In order to log in to your account, you will need to use the Password Reset option.

Go to "Log In"

Enter your user name, then hit "Forgot Password"

This should send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

If it does not work, send an email to

admin@boatered.com with your username

I will set your password to something generic so that you can log in and then you can edit it to whatever you wish.

it worked fine for me earlier on.

what happens when you try? Does the reset form load? What happens when you enter your email address and click the button?
 
Walshie identified an intermittent problem trying to launch the ‘captcha’ service, which makes you pick a bunch of pics to prove you aren’t a bot. Disabled the capthca check for the time being, as we have so many people who need to change their password.

Hopefully it will now work for everyone, or at least everyone who we have the right email address for.
