Yes, I was there last year. It was not very big. From what I remember; there was a carnival, food, antique boat display, and new boat display. All of which was quite small. Like 3-4 antiques, 1-2 new boat dealers (in water), 2 or so boat dealers on land with a handfull of small boats. It is still a relatively new event, but needs to get much larger. We shall see what happens this year.
