I am having a problem, I have an 01 Larson, 5.0 volvo penta with fuel injection. when it is in nuetral it revs fine, but under load when I try w.o.t. it bogs down, doesn't go above 3000 rpm. It stays about 30mph, can't go faster. Any help would be appreciated.
