Does anyone have input on these type?
I originally have a zink anode with the line coupler in it that has chipped off the locking part which reults in the gauge not working. My marina can order one(a couple weeks out) But suggested that I use the pitot that mounts on the lower part of my hull.

My question is are these attachements durable or worth a darn. I am skeptical about drilling holes in my hull to mount.
my speed does'nt really concern me while on the water just want everything to work.

I'd stick with the type you have. Pitot tubes are nothing but trouble, no matter where they are.
