My wife and I own a single family home in suburban Baltimore. (no kids) We are considering selling the house and buying a 5 year old or so 40+ foot aft type cabin cruizer to live on full time at one of the marinas in B'more. It looks like we could actually save money doing it. We already spend our weekends on our 30 foot power boat there and love it. I know the winters would be the worst part. Who does it and how's it working out?
