Poor windshield wipers

One on the things that drives me crazy is the windshield wipers on the boat. I find that where the arm connects to the wiper it just kind of snaps onto the wiper. It breaks often and generally does not seem to hold the wiper firmly. Has anyone replaced the part of the arm that attaches to the wiper?

Great idea. Did you replace the entire arm (from the motor to the blade)?
