Port Herman Beach Condos

We are considering a second house on the bay. This past Saturday we looked at these condos and were impressed with the community. Does anyone have any first hand knowlege of these condos? The good, the bad and the ugly would be appreciated.

I don't know the condos specifically, but I do know that it is right in my boating area (I pass by there all summer. The sunsets are amazing and it is a good boat spot!
