Note that the wholesale price for Diesel is about $1.50/gallon. One would think our government could get closer to the wholesale price for large purchases since they don't pay the enormous tax per gallon that we normally have to pay. Also distribution costs should be significantly less.
Clear the taxpayer is getting ripped off and "friends" of the government are making out on our dime with bio fuels.
