Due to being busy at work, I decided to break down and hire someone to wash and wax the boat. Actually, they wet-sanded the blue stripe then compounded and polished the whole boat. Kinda nice since they took the cover off as well. I come home from work and the boat is pretty and clean. What a luxury!!!
If the weather gods are with me, I should have the drives and bottom painted by this Sunday, ready to be splashed. Now the sad news, someone's comming to look at her on Sunday and I have mixed emmotions. Whoever said the "two best days of a boater's life is when you buy your boat and when you sell it" obviously never had a boat they liked.
Oh well, I'm sure I'll get over it when I start seriously pursuing the next boat. Repeat three times "I refuse to be a two boat owner...I refuse to be a two boat owner...I refuse to be a two boat owner..."
