Has anyone ever dealt with this company personally?
My gut says scam and my preliminary research tells me that if it is a scam, they have trolled quite a few forums to establish a quasi-credible back story!

Found a boat on craigslist, and seller tells me its listed with these guys. Promotorz wants funds and they ship item out at their cost with a 7 day inspection period like an escrow agent. If accepted great, if not money back guarantee.
