I ordered the prop anode kit for the Bravo III. It was backordered, and since my boat is being put in the water on Monday, I figured that it would arrive too late for this year. However, I was very happy that it arrived in the mail today (Saturday). But when I opened it, I found that it was the aluminum anode instead of the magnesium one that I ordered. I need advice. Since the boat is going in the water in two days, I obviously don't have time to return it. Would it be better to launch the boat without a prop anode this year, or would it be better to put on the aluminum anode enen though the others are magnesium? Would the aluminum one be better than nothing? Thanks.
