Pump Stopped working

12V 307010 pump was having issues with getting seawater. STrainer and hose all good to my knowledge.....now....died....nothing. I'm assuming I have to replace?? Ckt breaker did not trip.

If it's running but not getting water it probably has an impeller that is no good. Also not to state the obvious, but is the sea cock open?

check that power is actually getting to the pump. If it runs but does not pump check prime, then impeller.
