Punctured inflatable

After the long wekend I returned to the boat at lunch to find one pontoon on my 10' Zodiac drooping. Scratch marks on the pontoon indicate some les-than-nice hauling over barnacles up and down the beach (not me!).

Any tips on how to find/repair the leak?
