Here is some good info I received. At the bottom of this posting is the link to take the survey.
"Hi All,
This Perdue University Water Infrasturcture Assessment was sent to Westland Water District that wants our water. They have forwarded it their customers and Southern Californians who could care less about our Delta. Many of the questions about infrastructure and levee failure seem to be slanted towards building a peripheral canal. There has never been a documented Delta levee failure due to siesmic activity. It appears this survey was put together to benefit those outside the Delta.
I answered the questions as best I could. I encourage all Delta Stakeholders to complete it.
Roger"
"Dear California Water Stakeholder
Purdue University is conducting a study investigating public perceptions and
concerns regarding water infrastructure projects (e.g., new water conveyance facilities, water treatment plants etc.). Thus, we are kindly requesting you to complete an anonymous survey, which is being distributed to people in Southern and Central California.
The specific responses collected will be kept confidential and it will only be used for academic purposes. You must be 18 or older to participate in the survey and may skip any question you do not wish to answer. There are no right or wrong answers, and your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and anonymous.
This research study has been approved by the Purdue University Institutional
Review Board.
We appreciate your participation in this study.

We need everyone to take this survey reflecting the best answers for the Delta! Please pass this to all Deltaphiles and encourage them to also take the survey.
