Put-In-Bay, Lake Erie

Tee hee, yea I know.. but they are pretty much exclusive to the Lake Erie Island area.
I suppose they need to be protected to some degree as well. I know we sure have a lot of them in the marinas egh?? They don't bother me too much, but it seems the ladies don't like them much. Makes Sheryl go EEEKKK!!! *-)
 
I guess we live a sheltered life…we have been to CP and Seaway on Kelley’s the last 3 years and haven’t seen one yet, but that is ok with my wife.

Hi Niles,

I've seen them at the islands, but they really like the marina areas in the Sandusky Bay.. at Cedar Point, they like sunning themselves up on the jet ski ports and/or the rocky shoreline areas. They are certainly around if you keep an eye out for them. If you don't point them out to the wife, maybe she won't notice them. *-)
