In NJ here, I was at my marina today and they hauled out a friends boat for the winter to be stored on site. A 25' SeaRay with a single engine, 350. I think it's fresh water cooled though. They did all the regular things I guess, power wash bottom, transom drain plug, etc. Took out drain plugs for engine or what ever. And took off the outdrive for storage.
My question is I didn't see any flushing whatsoever with fresh water from the drive.
Should this be done? I myself have a 25 SR with RWC and always flush out my system with fresh water when I bring it home.
Whats your opinion.
