Races in Patchogue

Anyone going to the race off Patchogue tomorrow? We will be rafted up outside of Patchogue river. I saw the boats lined up last night, seems like some outrageous crafts will be running.
 
Hoping to go - do you know the times? I couldn't find one looking around the web. I'll probably anchor outside of Mud creek (Dockside 500).
 
We were at the entire race today and had a terrific view. We were outside Dockside 500 Marina around 250ft from the boats. Here are a few pictures.

Cool stuff! Lucky we have this kind of thing in the waters by us. Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I never would have known.
 
Pretty neat race....... was there and enjoyed it.

A similar race was scheduled for Sat Aug 25 on the LI Sound from Pt Washington to Bridgeport. I was out there but didn't see any race boats.
 
Nope, the August 25th event was a Poker Run, not a race. Hence no race boats, err, no race boats with NUMBERS on them. <gg>
