I have been thinking about buying a inside boat rack on the ICW just north of the Venice jetty. It's a perfect location,only minutes from the house. The cost is $80K and the monthy dues are $85 per month. The dues covers unlimited in and outs and a boat rinse. Taxes are around $1200 per year and are deductable. The rack size is 11'Height(accepts boat up to 9 1/2' high and is plenty wide somewhere around 15'. The depth accepts a boat 27'LOA. My boat is Four Winns 248 Vista and would have plenty of room.I've owned this boat for almost 6 years and don't plan to upgrade.
