radio wiring almost done.

I got the ground and speakers wired. Please help with the yellow wire coming from the radio. I understand the red, but why do we need the yellow which is also power? Do I have to hook it up? If so then where? What wire shoud I use to hook up the yellow to. Also, the Illumination wire(orange striped). Where do I hook up that one.
