RainX on your windshield

I've used RainX for years on boats, cars, shower stalls, etc. works great and lasts a decent amount of time. Especially if you apply it twice once right after the other. Works great at keeping salt and mineral deposits from sticking to your windows. And I've got glass that has years of RainX applications and can see no damage to the glass.

Zaino works at least as well as RainX but lasts much longer. I would think Pro Polish might as well.

Wax works. But doesn't last as long as RainX.

But now I want to try Aquapels.

I once had a windshield repaired on my car. The repairman made a comment that he could tell I used Rain X. Told me that the glass absorbed it and it would eventually damage the glass. He recommended another product. I do not remember the name. I have been a bit reluctant to use it since because it had been several months after I had applied it to my windshied and he was correct in his observation that I had used it.

Another BS comment by someone who has no idea of what he is talking about. Think about it. Just how could RainX damage glass.
