Just installed Jabsco manual head rebuild kit (from BoatFix!!) because the old one would no longer draw water properly. Now, with the rebuild kit installed it works like a charm, but now it leaks and I can't get it to stop. It's leaking out the front of the pump, at the top, where the "cap" is screwed together. It does not leak around the pump rod, or around the nut with the o-ring, but out the front. I'm sure it's together properly, as the rubber diaphragms only fit one way and all the parts are installed.
Any thoughts...anybody else ever had this problem?
