Flooring in my 20 yr old boat is soft in lots of places and the screws barely keep the center console attached. It is continuous fiberglass from the floor to the sidewalls. My question is if I plan to redo the floor should I cut out the existing floor and add new plywood and glass over, or do I put plywood over existing floor and glass over, or do I just glass over. Thanks for any input.
