Regal 2660 dash

I don't have a 2660 but my 4080 has screws that hold dash and a access panel under the dash.
 
Unscrew all the surrounding screws and the dash panel will pull forward 5-6 inches. When re-installing, make sure the large white plugs are firmly together. (Don't ask how I know!)
