repair radar arch

I have a Tiara with an aluminum radar arch. I believe it is powder coated. It is cracking and peeling in a couple of spots. Is there a way to repair it with out removing the arch ?

Sounds like paint.
taping off and masking the rest of the boat is the only way to get done w/o removing... though removing is not a big deal on some of the Tiaras. only a couple of bolts with 'not-to-difficult' axcess.

I'm pretty sure it's painted with Awlgrip. What year is it and where is it cracking?

Neighbor just did this with his Cruisers 3370. He removed the radar arch and sent it off for repainting, not that big a job to uninstall and reinstall the arach.
