Replacement of waste line

I have a 1995 Silverton 310 Express and the waste line has become permeated. My question is how easy is this to replace? I was thinking of just attaching the new waste line to the old one with duct tape and trying to pull the new line through this way. Is this possible? If not are there other ways of doing this?
