Rockna and bow pulpits

Looking at the rockna anchor and gotto wondering if it would fit the typical bow pulpit with a roller. Anyone tried it??

You mean ROCNA Anchors? Yes they seem to there are a few at my home marina in NJ.

I used the Manson Supreme (very similar) and it worked fine.

I was originally going to get one for my Hatt. They sent me a template that I converted to a cardboard profile. Given the design of the roller, chute and pulpit it just wouldn't fit right. The Delta I got wasn't much better but did not hang down nearly like the Rocna would have.

I had a 25 Kg Delta plow and replaced it with a 33Kg ROCNA. It fits perfect. I had to use a Kong anchor swivel to attach it to the chain as my original shackle was too wide and would not rotate freely. It is a very good anchor with surprising holding power when set properly.

My delta fit perfectly but the big loop at the top of the rock a got me wondering if it would hit the underside of the pulpit and stop the anchor from fully seating.
