I need to replace windshield cover on a 37"Silverton. What kind of cost should I expect? Replacing it with probably Sunbrella Fabric. Beam of 14'. Cover has about 10-12 snaps.
Call Gioia sails in New Jersey. They made all the enclosures, cushions and carpet for silverton. If your boat came with the cover, just give them boats serial number and they will look up what they made and give you the replacement cost. I saved $4000.00 when I replaced my enclosure 3 seasons ago
Good luck
P.s. You can also find them on Facebook
I've done work recently with Gioia Sails including getting a new windshield cover for my 45. I'm only providing a rough estimate but I would expect the cover to run $550-$650. You'll have to install the snaps yourself. The material she uses is not Sunbrella.
My boat came with two windshield covers. One is sunbrella that matches the rest of my canvas and the other is a black mesh that I really like. It keeps the sun out but you can see through it.

We had Gioia replace our canvas last yr. They did all 23 panels from org. pattern, and offered dreat price. Crew sent to apply, and it fit like a glove. Switched to sunbrella and thicker strataglass. We also have 2 windshield, however our mesh is the 90%mesh, that makes it harder to seen in at night,
