Bernie Madoff probably had one in his penthouse swimming pool.
 
Has a diesel powered boiler but an electric motor that powers it at 5 knots in calm water. At the least, they should have just slapped an outboard bracket on the stern.
 
Hell, I should plop a jacuzzi on my oyster upweller and market it. A small barge with a jacuzzi on top powered by an outboard, as les said, would do the same thing at a fraction. Fit and finish may be an issue though.
