I am helping with a 37' Marine Trader trawler working out a punch list of things that must be done before new owner heads north, one of the problems is the rudder packing is "seeping" is there a rule of thumb that it is suppost to leak a little ,if not will the boat have to be pulled to fix this leak. I have read about some type of epoxey that you use but I'm not sure about that , can anyone help
