First time on the sight and I've enjoyed reading all your professional advice for others. I recently purchased a 1990 Boatel Houseboat and I couldn't find my exact question answered so here goes. At first, my water pump would not work, got that fixed and now the water pumping to the head continues to run. I've adjusted the screws but cannot get the water to fill the bowl to a level and stop, it just keeps flowing to the overflow. Also, I cannot get any water pressure to either sink or the water heater. When I turn off the water pump the water drains out of the toilet. It sounds like a leaking seal. First question, any advice on changing a seal? Second question, will a leaking seal cause the other problems of continuous running water to the toilet? And, if the toilet keeps running will it prevent other lines from pressurizing or do I have another issue?
