Does anyone know were to get the decal that reads:

WARNING-
Gasoline vapors can explode, run blower 4 minutes before starting engines.

and is required on boats? I have check with the CG, CA DBW as well as westmarine.

Thanks.

The only warning labels I have been informed during my Vessel Safety Check are about carbon monoxide inhalation from the transom area. I copied the image from this site:

http://www.tn.gov/twra/monoxide.html

and printed it on waterproof adhesive sheet. You might want to look into whether the blower warning label is actually required or whether it is recommended. On other boats, I have seen such a label at the helm near the blower switch.

Thank god I'm in the process of repowering from gas to Diesel. I'll never again need to worry about those labels. :)

I would have thought westmarine....did you check their online catalog? They should have it even if it is only a recommendation and not a requirement.........

Yes I did check with WM.

The Coast Guard says it's a Federal Requirement and I looked it up and they are correct.

It is a yacht builds requirement that depending what year your boat was built could be a requirement. Go to www.boatlabels.com/ they have everything I have seen in lables.
