I'll reply on Greg's behalf as I also have the same system. The system is called "Tend'r Rollers" and is made by Seaweed marine. I researched the heck out of options before settling on Tend'r Rollers and after two years of use, am immensely satisfied with my decision. Same can be said for Greg.

Yes I have the removable system. It comes off pretty easily - just pop two pins and twist, however at the same time it's designed to not move when loaded (i.e., when my crew was taking the last pictures in Greg's sequence above). I can't say enough about the system really...and I'm not on commission! It's more pricey than most (mine was about $4500), however in the context of quality and other boating expenses, it's still reasonable.
