I have a 34 bayliner avanty, i just instal last year a new westerbeek 5.0 gas generator. i use the instaled water intake whith a scoop strainer.
These year a had water in the oil, some people tell me that i have to take out the scoop strainer, other said i must keep it.
What is correct?
I have these kind of strainer in all intakes, engines, Air conditioning, water maker. Is that correct?
