Well I just got the word, my offer on a 04 420DA has been accepted. Although we still have to clear a couple of hurdles I have been trying to bone up on the new electronics.
I have questions for those of you with the Navigator.
1) where is the cd drive located?
2) have you updated or are there software updates available?
3) what is the 'virtual captain'?
4) are the charts updated through map tech on the navigator or through the raymarine chartplotter (RL80CRC) which uses the old C map cartridges?
5) any other hints or suggestions?
