I'm doing a sea trial on a boat that I looked at a week or so ago. It's a 1994 25' Crownline 25CR, 7.4L Merc, Bravo II drive. I've never done a sea trial before.
An offer has not been made/accepted as yet. The seller is out of state, and he has designated someone to sell it for him. The designated person is in posession of the title to the boat.
What should I look out for? What can I / should I expect out of the boat? It's just going to be me and the person selling the boat for the owner. Assuming I decide to make an offer, what are my next steps?
Any and all advice is appreciated,
-ED
