I understand this is a condo marina. Anyone out there own a slip or rent a space ???.
Lou R.

I have rented a 60 ft slip in Seaview Harbor for the last 4 years. It's a great marina what do you want to know? Not really a condo marina if you go to the website www.seaviewharbormarina.com and look at the pictures you can really get an idea of how it looks. Restaruant is being changed to a Lamberti's so its still under construction but supposedly will be open for the season. People are extremely nice and in Southern Jersey this is probably one of the nicest marina's you will find. My family loves the private beach as it's a natural beach with tidal pools at one end and small waves. We have a Silverton 372/392, Rinker 180 and 2 Seadoo Jetski's which we keep there and spend Fridays thru Sunday night each weekend. One of the few marina's you can actually sit on your bridge or aft cabin and look out onto the ocean. Let me know what else you want to know!

We are thinking of doing a weekend there in August. How are transients treated? Can you recommend some things to do while there?

TIA

Thinking of making a trip down there and the Cape May this August. Maybe a 4-5 day trip. Looks nice.

Transients are treated very well by the staff and boat owners as it's always fun to meet new people. Give them a call and ask for Mary as she is very helpful. We are about 15 minutes by car (Office can get you a taxi) from AC, 5 minutes from OC boardwalk or you could head into Longport and Margate for some nice dinners and you can see Lucy the Elephant.

Lucy The Elephant? I sure hope that's not some sort of strip show! ;)
