1996 200hp evinrude E200TXDR ocean pro does anyone have the factory settings for the needle valve on the carbs,manual wont be in till friday do I screw them in all the way then out 1 1/2 turns for a start,,this screw (allen head type) has a spring on it and is located bottom left of carb. thanks
