Shifting Cable Replacement

Can anyone help me find the shifting cables / assembly for a 1989 Carver Santego 3067. I'd like to convert to a two cable system rather than the 4 but i need new cables either way!

you would have to remove one engine and trans to do that.Twins require 4 cables
Are you eliminating the Salon or the Bridge controls?
