My boat lift worked fine when I closed it up in the fall. Now, when I put my boat on it the motor goes on and it lifts the boat, but as soon as I stop, it starts to slide down. The motor goes in the wrong direction and it keeps goes all the way down to the water.
I'm hoping there are some simple simple steps I can take to troubleshoot this problem. Just not sure where to start.
