Shower drain 3697

My shower drain is leaking into the bilge pretty badly.. Clearly no longer sealed.. How do you get these out ? is there a retaining nut underrneath.. If so I have no idea how to get to it cause its not in arms reach of anything..
Any ideas ?

Under the salon carpet right by the aft head door, there should be a small piece of wood. Remove the wood board and see the open area under the head floor and shower... I replaced the drain and installed a bigger hose so the shower drains faster.

Thanks for the thought but this is a mariner.. just one head..
