I am a new boater and I like to anchor my
boat in the bay-pulling into a cove area away from the main traffic. Should I be displaying a flag to show other boats approaching the area that I am anchored? Sometimes they approach so quickly I'm not sure if they notice that I am
anchored with engine off.
