Are any of you Skipjack regulars familiar with their refund policy on slip rentals? When I was there in mid April, I put on deposit down, for a three month rental, 45 foot slip. Paid for one month as the deposit. Friday I sold my boat.
Now I've got a slip, and no boat. Actually I still have my 23 foot bowrider, so if they aren't willing to give me a refund, I guess I can put that boat in the slip - but I'd rather not. I don't have my contract in front if me, but I seem to remember that it specifies deposits are non refundable. I want to read over it before I call them.
