Small? I thought it was a 13footer? It's a 17' in some heavy water, I think he needs a bigger boat!

Could be a newer style 13. I was thinking about a foot (plus) of chop. I didn't see any white caps?

I was out in a 19' Whaler 'outrage' in water so bad we couldn't see the back of the boat from the front. Looking for a capsized boat.
The YT wasn't bad water at all.

yeah, his speed made it look rougher. after he slowed down, you could see the small swells and lots of little wind waves coming from port/port bow.
