Some EPIRB product questions....

I am in the market for a Cat II GPS enabled EPIRB. There seems to be only two true players in this market space and their products seem to vary in cost by about $200 and have the same features; is there any technical reason/advantage to choose one of these products over the other? We also have a Wislow 8 man raft on board thus the EPIRB will round out our survival equipment.
